Complaints and Concerns
We really hope that you and your child will be happy in your dealings with Kells Infants School.
Concerns about school life should be initially taken to class teachers as most matters can be resolved in such discussions. Teachers are happy to reply to your questions and queries using Class Dojo. Please be aware that you may not recieve an immediate reply.
Other concers can be raised with the Headteacher, Wendy Figes using email head@kells-inf.cumbria.sch.uk and using the Dojo messaging system.
Our Complaints policy outlines our procedure and can also be provided as a hard copy from the office.
