Kells Infant School

School Council

The school council is a group representing each class in school. These students were voted into their position by their classmates as they were seen as role models for the school evidencing our key school values. The school council are the student voice and they discuss what the children feel about their school and what they feel needs to be improved. They meet regularly and with key members of staff to help elicit change. The school council also can be used by school leaders to find out what life is really like for students and to explore avenues for improvement.
