Learning, Growing, Achieving Together
In school children are given the opportunity to work with a wide variety of materials such as paints, pastels, clay, inks etc so that they can develop different skills and techniques. Painting, drawing, model making, cooking, collage and frieze work are just some of the valuable activities to help to enhance each child’s visual perception.
Much of the creative work is closely linked to other aspects of the curriculum, but it is also enjoyed for its own sake. Most children derive a sense of satisfaction and achievement from creating something unique and personal and through this their self-confidence is also increased,
